This is a form of massage which involves a firmer application of pressure with its techniques in order to really mobilise and loosen the muscular system and other soft tissues.

This is a more gentle form of massage, which employs a lighter application of pressure.

The focus of which is as the name suggests to promote relaxation through decreased muscular tension, reducing anxiety and stress as well as inducing a sense of well being.

3) Aromatherapy

This is an ancient art and science incorporating massage with essentials oils.

During the massage session the oils are absorbed into the body through the skin and inhaled as you breathe.

Once absorbed the essential oils stimulate the body and mind promoting the body’s self healing mechanisms as well as promoting an uplifting or relaxing mood.

4) Tui na Massage

Tuina is a powerful and established bodywork system from China which combines deep tissue release, acupressure, joint mobilisation, lymphatic and circulatory cleansing along with subtle energy work.

The experience of Tuina is unique whilst being relaxing people also feel invigorated following treatment.

It is highly effective for chronic pain conditions and is regarded by many of our clients as the ultimate destressor and detox treatment.

5) Oriental Facial Massage

A natural detox and face lift using oriental massage techniques together with pure organic skin care products. 

It may provide a glowing complexion and vibrant facial tone. 30 minute appointment for this treatment.

6) Oriental Foot Massage 

Quite different to reflexology, this may provide a workout for the feet, offering better posture, pain relief and circulation. 

30 minute appointment for this treatment.

7) Oriental Back Massage with Volcanic Stones

The original hot stones massage from the hot springs of Japan.  Luxurious deep tissue relief for tired back and shoulders. 

Either a 30 minute or 75 minute appointment.
