“I was advised by my Consultant to try the Sports Injury Clinic, Jesmond/Newcastle after having many years of back pain. I wished someone had told me about it sooner. After having only, a handful of treatments I have really started to feel a big difference with my back. To be honest I have never had or experienced treatment like it. It’s been amazing. I now have a better understanding of my back; my physio understands me and knows what works and what doesn’t work. The confidence that the physio has brought back into my life because I’m not in as much pain now, again is amazing. The muscles and joints are working properly which some haven’t for years, they feel totally different. I just didn’t realise how bad a state my back was getting in until the physio got to work on it. I’m surprised I could move at all. With the right attitude, exercises and treatment my back has never felt better.”
