We are continuing to provide a limited number of face-to-face appointments in clinic, as well as online appointments.
Please be assured that we are doing all we can to minimize the risk of transmission of COVID-19 within the clinic,
and we request your compliance to help maintain our high standards.
Please read the following information:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Our therapists will be wearing the appropriate PPE throughout your appointment, as dictated by our governing bodies and Public Health England.
This consists of a face mask, visor, gloves and apron.
We ask that you wear a face mask where possible.
These measures are to protect both you and ourselves.
We are currently offering less appointments in clinic that normal;
this is to allow therapists to adequately clean the treatment room after each appointment and to leave a fallow period to aerate the room between patients.
Appointments are staggered so there should only be one patient in reception at any time.
For this reason we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment; if you arrive early you may be asked to wait outside.
You will be asked to complete a COVID screening questionnaire before each appointment to confirm that it is safe for you to come to clinic for your appointment.
This is a legal requirement, so please bear with us.
We also have a QR code at entry that you can use to check-in should you wish.
Please be assured that our therapists are all complying with the government and local authority guidance on COVID-19.
While we are doing all we can to reduce the risk of transmitting COVID-19 in clinic, due to the nature of transmission of the virus, it is impossible to completely remove the risk.
Your therapist will discuss this with you prior to your appointment and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about our policies and procedures prior to your visit to the clinic.
We are offering online appointments for all of our services, should you be shielding, or simply prefer not to come into clinic.
Please contact us via the website (see below) or call our reception to get more details.
We are regularly reviewing recommendations and information provided by our governing bodies. You can find the latest advice here:

- College of Podiatrists
